Glenn Wilson

Luthier

Maker of finest quality handcrafted acoustic instruments since 1996

Instruments crafted one at a time

All instruments on this site have been meticulously designed and hand crafted by Glenn Wilson. Glenn completed instrument making and design at Timeless Instruments Lutherie School in Canada in 1996 and has been designing and crafting string instruments since returning to Australia.

Glenn has crafted guitars, violins, violas, mandolins, ukuleles and repaired a range of stringed instruments.

Glenn currently builds set models of his own design, and traditional models including Dreadnoughts, OM, OOO, OO and smaller parlour guitars. Traditional guitars are modelled to pre-war designs for players desiring that classic tone. Traditional guitars are specifically designed to make the vintage tone available to Australian players for a fraction of the cost of overseas guitars.

Glenn also provides a String Instrument Repair Service in Horsham Victoria Australia, servicing all stringed instruments. For repairs and service contact Glenn on 0424 488 836.

Glenn’s own designs are more contemporary, combining modern design with traditional to produce instruments with outstanding brilliance and clarity of tone.

This site contains information about instruments Glenn has crafted, and instruments currently available are on the Guitar page.
